The Stainless steel circles are made from a nickel-chromium-based alloy which also contains minimal additions of elements such as Carbon, manganese, silicon, etc. The Chromium content enhances the resistivity of SS circles against various corrosive media. The SS circles can be readily braked or roll-formed into various components for applications in several sectors like the industrial, architectural, and transportation fields. The Stainless Steel Circles have excellent weldability by all standard fusion methods, including with and without filler metals. Heavy welded sections in the SS circle might require post-weld annealing for maximum corrosion resistance. At ambient temperatures, the SS Circles are considered resistant to potable water up to approximately 200 mg/L chlorides. SS circles exhibit good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870 °C and continuous service to 925 °C. The SS Circles also offer higher strength at elevated temperatures, so they are often used for applications in structural and pressure-containing environments.
