Titanium Coils are made with little addition of vanadium and aluminum content. The ASTM B265 Titanium coils contain about 4% of vanadium and 6% of aluminum. The Titanium UNS R50400 coils have several applications because of their lightweight and high strength. The Titanium sheets also offer high resistivity against corrosion and oxidation. The ASTM B265 Titanium coils are dimensionally stable and they offer high resistivity against stress corrosion. Titanium UNS N50400 coils also offer high formability and machinability properties. Some of the tests that our ASTM B265 Titanium coils go through are Hardness Test, Flattening Test, Micro, and Macro Test, Mechanical Testing Such as Tensile of Area and Inter-Granular Corrosion (IGC) Test.
