Hastelloy C22 Sheets / Plates Stockist, Supplier

The UNS N06022 Hastelloy C-22 plates contain a blend of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and tungsten. The ASTM B575 Hastelloy C-22 plates offer enhanced resistance to pitting and stress corrosion. These sheets also offer optimum resistance towards environments in which reducing and oxidizing conditions are found. The chromium content in the Hastelloy C-22 Sheets help to the greater oxidation resistance. The Nickel helps the sheets to have more resistance against wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid. During fabrication, instead of enough ductility, the ASTM B575 Hastelloy C-22 plates might require intermediate annealing due to work hardening. The plates should be forged at temperatures between 1750-2050° F and then rapid cooling might be required.
