The Hastelloy UNS N10276 coils contain nickel, molybdenum, chromium, and tungsten. The tungsten helps the coils to exhibit great corrosion resistance. Higher resistivity against pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments are achieved due to the addition of nickel and molybdenum.
