ASTM B575 Hastelloy C-276 ERW Pipes are made from the alloy blend of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, and Tungsten. Each of the elements help the Hastelloy C-276 ERW Pipes with specific properties. Tungsten content in the Hastelloy UNS N10276 ERW Pipes provides higher corrosion resistivity. The Nickel and molybdenum content helps them to achieve higher resistivity against pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments. The ASTM B575 Hastelloy C-276 ERW Pipes are capable of being welded by the commonly used welding methods. For applications in corrosive environments, Hastelloy C-276 ERW Pipes are capable of being used in the “as-welded” condition and doesn’t require any heat treatment.
